Returned items will only be accepted if they are returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Any items returned after the 14 days period will not be accepted.

All costs will be refunded to the customer account, and we will give you all the relevant information (return address, etc) when your request has been processed.
Please note that all items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, with all original accessories, packaging and labels included.
We will also need your proof of purchase, full name, address and telephone number.
In order for your item(s) to be accepted, it/they must not show any signs of damage which can be attributed to being used or worn.
If our supplier considers any damage to have been caused by the customer, we will return it and no refund will be given. If any damage is caused by us or deemed to be a manufacturing fault a full refund will be given.
Please note we cannot accept exchanges or returns for gold jewellery, personalised or engraved ítems.
Once the ítems have been ckecked and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund process will be completed and the full amount will be repaid to the customer account.
Please note. If the order includes a shipping cost (orders under 55€), this cost will be subtracted from the refund.
